Seal Accused Of Sexual Battery By Former Neighbor — But The Singer 'Vehemently Denies' The Allegation

Tracey Birdsall, 54, told TMZ the star - who denies the accusations - was a close friend and neighbour until the alleged incident.

Birdsall also claims he twice belittled her for what she was wearing - shorts and a tank top - and suggested she asked for the forceful smooch because of her clothing.

An insider at L.A. County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ a report for the alleged incident was filed over the weekend and is now being investigated. Birdsall says she demanded Seal to stop.

The "Kiss From a Rose" singer is speaking out against claims that he forced himself on a neighbor.

Entertainment Weekly reported that Seal faced widespread criticism for seeming to imply that Winfrey, photographed with Weinstein at an industry event, somehow knew about the producer's alleged crimes but took no action.
