Hours after prosecutors in Detroit accused an Alabama man of molesting three Detroit children, he was identified as the suspected creator of a viral child porn video that depicted a man receiving oral sex from a young girl, AL.com reports.

The Wayne County prosecutor's office said Tuesday that 44-year-old Germaine Moore is expected to be extradited to MI on criminal sexual conduct and other charges.

Police said Moore's fiancée was also taken into custody at the couple's home Monday night after investigators served a search warrant.

Authorities said that Moore was also wanted on numerous child sex assault charges out of Detroit, MI.

"The children were in the care and custody of the defendant, their paternal uncle, while their mother worked", Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Maria Miller said.

Police in several jurisdictions has since issued warnings to the public to report the video to Facebook and delete it - not sharing it for any reason.

Moore was wanted on 11 counts related to a criminal sexual conduct investigation involving a person under 13.

It was reported by the Associated Press (AP) that the victim has been located and is safe while Moore's wife had been detained and was not cooperating.

Another man identified as Jerrell Washington of Detroit was charged with distributing the video. He added that Moore had occasionally visited the family in Detroit and that the girls had visited him in Alabama. He was taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he was being held under a $100,000 bond, a report said.

According to court records made public Tuesday, Washington on January 31 had a copy of the video on Facebook page and disseminated it through Facebook. The person sharing the video can be arrested and charged.

Over the weekend, social media giant Facebook warned its users o about continuing to share the pornographic video.

"In my years of experience in dealing with these types of cases, even though we're looking at these three victims, I believe that we will probably find that there are additional victims", Craig said. People can call their local law enforcement office to notify about the situation but not forward the content to the department's Facebook page.
