The Big Bang Theory to have another geek: It's Bill Gates

Bill Gates To Guest Star In 'The Big Bang Theory'

The Big Bang Theory: Bill Gates to cameo

The Big Bang Theory is now in its eleventh season. Now, the show is slated to bring in one of the biggest names in technology.

The show returns to USA screens on March 1, although there's no word yet on when we'll get to see Gates' big moment in the UK.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates will be seen doing a cameo in the popular show "The Big Bang Theory". When Penny (Kaley Cuoco) hosts Gates at work, the guys do everything in their power to meet him.

Gates isn't the first great mind that the cast has met, though.

It remains to be seen how Gates' appearance on the CBS comedy sitcom will be shown.

Nobody slugs that number long term, and Fenway Park certainly is not quite like Arizona's Chase Field, pre-humidor of course. In addition to his production at the plate, Dyson was successful on 28 of his of his 35 stolen base attempts.

Gates previously appeared as himself in a guest role on Frasier in 2001.

Other A-listers who have played themselves on the hit CBS series include Carrie Fisher, Bill Nye, Stephen Hawking, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Buzz Aldrin, LeVar Burton, Steve Wozniak, and Stan Lee.

Fans of The Big Bang Theory will have even more reason to be excited for the rest of Season 11, which is probably quite welcome at this point. Gates isn't the first famous figure from tech or science to appear on the show.

The long-running series returns with new episodes on March 1.
