Browns-Jets series history features streaks and Bernie Kosar's great comeback game

Not winning a game for almost two entire YEARS could honestly make a fan go numb to the fact that they are actively rooting for a team anymore.

Well, thanks to a comeback led by Baker Mayfield, the Browns beat the Jets 21-17 on Thursday night, and the Victory Fridges were unlocked for the first time all season.

The win snapped a 19-game win-less streak for the Browns that stretched 635 days. After that was accomplished, Smith lived up to his word to celebrate the 21-17 win, the first for the beleaguered franchise since December 24, 2016.

A Twitter user captured one fan decked out in Browns garb holding the critter by the tail, while it squirmed in his possession.

Erik Lamela did fine when he came on, producing a good finish for the goal, but again it needs a team to help. Jurgen Klopp admitted he felt Mane and Salah had better options beside them on occasion against Spurs .

Mayfield hadn't practiced with the No. 1 starters this week, and he came into the game with his team down by two touchdowns.

"Yeah I think until I'm able to talk to the players will I officially say where I am with that", Jackson said during a Friday conference call. They tied the game on the ensuing two-point conversion on a trick play that ended with Mayfield catching a pass in the end zone. Baker Mayfield entered the game for Cleveland's final drive of the half.

"It was as good as I thought live", Jackson said.

He later clarified, "That's the goal".
