Manchester United's Paul Pogba

Saha backs Mourinho chastises Pogba for inappropriate comments

Pogba should have kept views to himself - Saha

Paul Pogba has taken advantage of time away from Jose Mourinho and Manchester United by getting a fresh haircut, called the "Pogflash", while on global duty for France.

Pogba has found himself at odds with United manager Jose Mourinho this season, with the row playing out in the public sphere.

Carrick is enjoying life in the deep end under Mourinho, although a tumultuous start to the season has seen the manager's position at the Old Trafford helm come under growing scrutiny.

According to Calciomercato, the United board are already preparing for life after Mourinho, and have contacted Allegri's entourage to discuss whether the Juve manager would be interested in moving to England.

Milinkovic-Savic, who has been a long-term transfer target for United, came on as a substitute for the final 10 minutes of the match and set up Mitrovic's second with a back-heeled assist.

"I don't think it's about us getting the best out of him. This is my opinion and I would have said that to him, I would say 'No, that's not something to say because you are not the manager'".

Sanchez's victor also saw United supporters, who had been muted in their backing for Mourinho to that point, sing his name out loud around Old Trafford .

"I've been sacked twice and it hurts when people level things at you, in defeat or at bad times, it can get personal and maybe some of it has got personal with Jose".

According to a UK Sun report, Mourinho, who was in Russian Federation during the mundial warned that the Frenchman might not be focused after helping Les Bleus claim their second World Cup silverware. They gave me confidence as well.

"I think he (Pogba) has done it (public comments) on objective, and I don't think that is right", said Saha, speaking at the AFDP Spirit of Soccer launch.

"I couldn't have done it without them".

"I'm not going to get into it, whether it's (Antoine) Griezmann, Kylian (Mbappe) or Raphael who deserve it much more than me".

The LA Galaxy striker further added: "But a coach is only as good as his team, so it's not like he can do miracles if the team is not good enough".

"I don't think there's a right or wrong, I think it depends what fits at the right time for that individual and that's where I'm at right now".
