Judge dismisses Stormy Daniels’ defamation suit against Trump, orders her to pay legal fees

US President Donald Trump has mocked porn actress Stormy Daniels in a tweet after a judge dismissed her defamation lawsuit against him.

The now-dismissed suit has received less attention than two other cases pending against Trump-Daniels' lawsuit seeking to void the nondisclosure agreement and a separate defamation claim by former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos, who alleges that Trump sexually assaulted her in 2007 and argues that he defamed her when he suggested she was lying.

Citing a Fox News headline about a judge tossing Daniels's suit, Trump tweeted: "Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas".

Trump's reaction to his victory was to say now he can keep attacking Daniels, calling her "Horseface" in the process. The 39-year-old Louisiana native is suing to be released from the agreement, which she claims is void because Trump never signed it. "She knows nothing about me, a total con!"

Trump tweeted that the man was "nonexistent" and that Daniels was playing the "fake news media for fools".

"She couldn't believe it", Avenatti said.

Michael Avenatti tweeted a response saying, "You are a disgusting misogynist and an embarrassment to the United States". Not only did he throw it out, but he ordered Daniels to pay the president's legal fees in the whole affair. Avenatti appealed the ruling to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, he wrote Monday night on Twitter.

The US leader, who revels in making up nicknames for opponents and critics, also launched tweets about "Pocahontas" Elizabeth Warren, a liberal senator seen as a potential 2020 presidential candidate, whom Trump ridicules for trying to prove she is part Native American. And perhaps a penchant for bestiality.
